Terms of Order

SUPERIOR WINES AND SPIRITS TERMS OF ORDER;

You MUST be at least 18 Years of Age to legally buy alcohol in the UK.

  1. You MUST be over 18 years of age to be able to place an order with, or receive products from, Superior Wines & Spirits. Our couriers have rules in place that don’t allow them to deliver any of our shipments without first receiving a signature from someone over the age of 18. None of our shipments will be left in a safe place or left with someone, a neighbor for example, who has refused to sign for the item. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Buying Alcohol for people under the age of 18 is illegal, and accounts found to be doing so will refused orders in the future.
  2. Superior Wines & Spirits keeps a record of customers & addresses who breach the ‘Over 18’ section of the Terms of Order. This is a condition of our Premises License and due to GDPR, we will under no circumstances release our customers private information to anyone unless requested by the police. We reserve the right to refuse orders to customers who breach this section of the Terms of Order.
  3. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it will be released to our couriers at the next collection time. Our courier collects shipments from Superior Wines & Spirits every day between 13:00 & 14:00. Therefore, if you place an order before 13:00, you will receive it the following day.   4. If a customer places an order, receives the order, opens the bottle and then returns the bottle, a refunded will not be given. For all information on returning orders, please see our Returns & Refunds Page.
  5. If your item arrives broken or it is the wrong product, then we will refund the total amount in full. The refund will be processed when our courier has physically collected the stock. If the customer claims to not have received their order, but the courier has provided signed proof of delivery at the customers address, refunds will not be given. In this case, we will share the signed proof of delivery with the customer so they can see who has signed for their shipment.
  6. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will need to email [email protected] to inform our team of the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, see our Returns & Refunds Page.

You will be asked to agree to these Terms of Order at the checkout, without doing so you will not be able to place your order. Agreeing to the Terms of Order show that you understand all above terms fully and consent to those terms.
