Slingsby London Dry Gin is a premium gin brand that is distilled in North Yorkshire, England. It is named after William Slingsby, who discovered the unique properties of Harrogate’s natural spring water in 1571, and it is distilled using the same water.

The gin is made using a total of 24 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris root, and grapefruit peel, as well as a number of locally sourced botanicals, such as rhubarb, milk thistle, and rosehip. These ingredients are carefully blended to create a complex, yet balanced flavour profile that is both refreshing and aromatic.

Slingsby London Dry Gin is distilled in small batches using traditional copper stills, which allows the distillers to carefully monitor the process and ensure that each batch is of the highest quality. It is also bottled at 42% ABV, which gives it a smooth and full-bodied taste.

The brand has expanded its range to include several flavoured gins, including rhubarb, gooseberry, and marmalade, which have all received critical acclaim for their unique and distinctive taste.

Overall, Slingsby London Dry Gin is a high-quality gin that is perfect for gin enthusiasts who appreciate a complex and refined taste.
