Da Vinci Raspberry Puree is created through the use of Raspberries taken from 2 different regions, Willamette (Eastern Europe) and Heritage (Chile).
The Heritage Raspberry has a Subtle taste which is close to the Wild Raspberry, whereas the Willamette Raspberry has a slight Tartiness taste due to a Lower Sugar content and a Pulpy texture which gives the puree a great body and depth, perfect for use in cocktails.
