Chairman’s Reserve is a premium rum brand from the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. It was first introduced in 1999 by St. Lucia Distillers, a renowned rum producer that has been operating on the island for over 80 years.
Chairman’s Reserve is made using a blend of column and pot still rums, aged for a minimum of 5 years in oak barrels. The result is a complex and well-balanced rum with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, spice, and oak.
In addition to the standard Chairman’s Reserve rum, the brand also produces several other expressions, including Chairman’s Reserve Spiced, Chairman’s Reserve White Label, and Chairman’s Reserve 1931, which is a limited edition release made with rums aged up to 16 years.
